BRAKE MOTORS
Perdurus brake motors are standard IEC motors modified for braking applications.
The electromagnetic disc brake is DC powered, from a rectifier located in the terminal box.
The brake motor is design for the equipment that requires decelerating and instantly holding the load for safety when power supply shut down.
The motor is also design for the equipment that requires fast stops, accurate positioning, such as conveyors, packaging equipment, machine tools, etc.
